REFUND POLICY

  • We offer free and hassle free returns and exchange with no questions asked. You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to fill the return/ exchange request form.
  • To claim defective product on arrival a full unboxing video is required, only then the product has been delivered is Defective will be justified. If the unboxing video is not send then the product is defective cannot be claimed and the product is not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Products purchased during ANY SALE is NON-REFUNDABLE. You can only exchange it with some other product or ask for a coupon code of the same value you have paid.
  • Please return your products unused in the same condition as you received it. If the products are found to be used or damaged we will not be able to refund your money or help you with exchange.
  • Kindly allow 10 days from the delivery date for the returns to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
  • PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
  • Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID
    FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE. OR , in some cases company allows ,
  •  To choose refund after deducting delivery charges on COD orders.(Delivery charges varies product to product)
  • In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery.
