Exchanges & Returns

If any customer wants to exchange/return the product then the customer needs to raise a request to us via email. Our official email ID - thelegacycompany1@gmail.com

The customer needs to raise the exchange/return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Exchange/return request is applicable only when the customer receives a wrong/defected product. Please make sure that the product is in perfect selling condition and unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken. And please note that exchange is applicable only once per order.

Proof in the form of photograph/ video must be provided by the customer. After reviewing the request, the team shall take the required action.

Reverse pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. Customer will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse pick up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Kindly allow 7 days for the exchange/return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account in case of refund.

Please note that for all the return orders, restocking and transportation charges of Rs.200 will be deducted per order.
